Jake changes the performance constantly, but I suppose you probably mean the ukuleledisco youtube version, since its the most popular. There really isn't a completely correct tab for that either but the dominator has a very close one which you could ask him for or pirate via torrent. He has conditions for giving the tabs away which are very reasonable. Also, jake is actually working on a tab book, but who knows when that will be out?

Also, using the sites search function is very useful, this topic has been brought up a lot of times and looking at the old threads is as good if not better than making a new one.
