Old thread, I know, but there's a nice version of this in Jim Beloff's Daily Ukulele, Leap Year Edition. However, I am a little concerned about the chords for the bridge in that arrangement, and would like to see some other arrangements if anyone has some.

Stu Herreid presented a nice version during his Jazz workshop at Reno this year. Easy chord melody arrangement, not too complex.
