Song Help Request while my guitar gently weeps on a soprano uke?

Hi!
I know, that there are already a few threads that deal with this song and I´ve already found some tabs. But since I´m trying to play it on a soprano uke, which only has 13 strings, i can´t play them...
So I was wondering if anyone of you knows a version of this song that is suitable for a soprano uke.

do u mean frets? i dont even know if there r guitars with that many strings :D
