i'm pretty sure it's high G.

If you are talking about any version by Jake Shimabukuro then it is definately high G. It can be played with low G but most of the time doesn't sound quite right. However, I have heard Hippy Guy play it with a low G and he plays very controlled and doesn't let the low G overpower and I actually didn't even realize he was playing low G. I thought he had a high G and I was standing right next to him. That's called good technique.
