Hey guys! I love this song, but I'm having a hard time coming up with the right chords to play on my uke. Help?

But I'm having trouble with possible strumming and the hammer on. I've been playing ukulele for a solid year now, but I don't feel comfortable with trying to create my own sound on a cover.
Any possible suggestions for strum patterns/pluck chunk?

i play this one with (G D A) instead of the (F C G) you saw in the ultimate-guitar link.
for the hammer-ons, use your middle finger during the G chord, and ring finger during the D chord.
