Only light rain here in Ventura County, but I've read the worst is yet to come this weekend. I've also read that northern Cali has already been hit.

How are the others holding out?

I'm always hesitant with these Live Doppler 7000+ mega HD crap. They did say that we haven't had this type of rain since 2005, and 2005 was pretty crazy. But I'm still waiting for the rain. It's supposed to be raining here in Lakewood/Long Beach already, but all we got is a little drizzle. We'll see what happens. Let's see what idiot decides to cross the river run offs, and gets swept away. At least it's a break from all the high speed chases we get all the time.

Meh. I don't live up in Marin county. They seem to get more power outages and flooding over there. Heard that 500K+ folks are without power.

I also telecommute so I don't have to cross the bridges. Heard that some of them were closed today due to high winds.

it is 6 pm in the south bay and it just started to finally rain...i call BS on the over abundance of rain they say so cal is gonna get
