Song Help Request Waiting in Vain Chords

i think it's, Eb9, Gmaj7, Cmaj7, Cadd9, Cmaj, Cmaj7, then an open strum. Sorry if it's incorrect, that's how i play it

Gmaj7 - Am

Then the bridge/breakdown C-D-Bm-Am

I think Gmaj7 and Cmaj7 is more accurate. Same fret as Am, but your finger is on the A string.

I play the bridge the same as described--C D Bm Am
 
I think the original was in Ab, but G seems to be a bit easier to finger on the uke.

Based on the original, the chords in G would be what k0ko suggested.

(GM7 CM7 .....etc.)

Strum Pattern

Hey guys i am really interested in learning this song. Can any of you guys provide a strum pattern for this? Thanks in advance.
 
This song works with just about any strum pattern.
 
The Chords to play along with the song go as follows...
Verse and Chorus constantly shift back and forth between the same two chords. Abmaj7 and Dbmaj7. On the Ukulele these chords can actually be voiced quite simply with a great sound.

Here is Abmaj7 (Its just like a G chord moved up the neck one fret)
