Mystery Train - Recorded directly into H4N Zoom, not using room microphones

Ok, so I got interested after my other post and my father decided we had to do Mystery Train so he could do his chugging on his harmonica (he is awesome at it I must say).

I took the mic inputs and plugged the XLR's in the H4N. I think the audio on this is how it should be. Very clear, no room noise, and even though the mic's are hot in the room, you don't seem to get the white noise from the amp which does give off just a slight bit of noise but it's magnified a lot with a microphone in front of it.

For playing live and mic'ing the amp it's great but for playing in the living room, I think this is the way to go. Never realized how valuable headphones were as well.

Can you hear the big difference between this one and the Lionel Ritchie posting I did earlier today in this forum? Appreciate all comments.

Cheers!
