Hi Aaron, Not sure if you happen to have see this Martin guitar, being an inlay artist I thought you might enjoy the work. It was hard to get a good picture as the display was rotating. List $109,000 Sorry, couldn't figure out how to upload the image. Anyway here is the link:
I have been readign your posts for sometime now and am pretty sure you are a uke builder. I was wondering if you work for a established uke company or are a independent builder. And where someone might be able to see some of your work or possibly have you build a uke?
I know Victoria Vox and Jason Arimoto.
I guess I'm not to the point yet where I can be sponsored. I know I gotta get into the studio, but I don't want to record with my chintzy Lanikai. I have a Kala, but I don't like the way it feels as much as the Lanikai.
I do have over 6,000 subscribers on YouTube, though. That's got to count for something, yeah? I don't know.
As always, you're a fountain of useful information. Looks like I need to get my butt into the studio. Either that, or win the lottery.
Brother, I would love, love, love to get a high end uke. I just don't have the cash. I would love to get sponsored. A couple of my friends have been sponsored by KoAloha. I've been meaning to look into that possibility. You think I'd have any luck?
That's pretty sweet! After I saw you that day, Aldrine and I were talking about them and later he pulled some Savarez strings from a guitar pack and played around with them on his Martin. Says he likes them, especially for the low G. That's awesome that they're making uke sets. Definitely let us know what your verdict is ... should be interesting to see! Thanks for the heads up : D
Haha, yup that's me. Would this be Aaron with the friggin' sweet custom ukes and inlay artistry? ;D
uploads them sooner or later.
for right now we have to wait because he has like 15 -20 tapes that he has to go through for the tour that he did with aldrine. but i can ask for some of them.
I just got really really busy, man. Still enjoying your posts as well as others, when I have time to visit.

Your posts are always well-informed. I learn at least one new thing from every post.
How do you know so much?
Thanks for the kind words about our moderators' jobs. It's not that hard.
