Not sure if we are saying the same thing but it is an Fm if all four string are played {G string, fifth fret (note is C); C string, fifth fret (note is F); E string, fourth fret (note is Ab); A string, third fret (note is C)}.

Yeah - second time through you start at repeat sign (first full bar), play to bar 3 (skip bar 4), play bar 5 to the end.

During repeat (second time through) do not play bar 4 but go right to bar 5 (section 2) and play to the end. Hope that makes sense.
