Song Help Request Please help me figure out these chords...

I was just browsing YouTube and I came across this awesome song which I have never heard before. It is called "Son of a Gun" by Tumbledown.

I think its a fantastic song and sounds pretty good on the ukulele. I am new to the instrument so I have no idea what the chords are. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Looks like it's G, D, and C most of the way thru. That little stop he dose is going from G to D then the pattern just starts over again.
