Can you read standard notation?
The video description that you posted has a link to sheet music (and chords). You can use Powertab to create ukulele tab from that.
If you can't read standard notation, this might be tricky.
If you can't find tabs from anywhere, I might try to convert the sheet music to ukulele tab myself. But my schedule is really crazy at the moment, so I'm not sure when I have the time. It might be a while.
