Hi! Need help for my 1st ukulele! What do you guys think of the Kala - KA-KTGE-C Koa?

Hi! I've been doing a butt ton of ukulele research for my first uke and I've narrowed my choice to the Kala - KA-KTGE-C Koa. I've watched the demo video for it and I do enjoy the tone of it although, I'm afraid it's sound projection might be low.

The reason I've picked this one is because it fulfills my requirements of 1.)Tenor, 2.)Electric/pick-up, 3.) Cutaway (preferably), 4.)Solid Top, and 5.)Within my budget (350ish)

Anyway, being a noob to the ukulele world, I wanted to know what you guys think of this ukulele, if any of you have tried it or recommend a better ukulele around its price. Thanks! Link is below...

Is the Koa a must too?
That uke is also available in mahogany, HMS has that on sale now for 329.

Can't speak to this model Kala, but my Kala archtop Tenor with pick up is a great Ukulele. I've had it for a few years now and I love it.

I am under the impression it's all laminate. I don't see anywhere that is says the top is solid. Tonally, Kala has a few models that do have a solid top that are worth checking out.
