I apologize for getting your hopes up, because I'm not looking for a tenor, but I wanted to mention that I really like the sound sample you gave. Playing one string at a time and letting it sustain should be really helpful to a buyer. I wish everyone that's selling a moderate to high priced uke would do that. I hope this recent action leads to a sale for you.
