Song Help Request "Instrumental/ Melody Tabs" for Choo Choo Ch- Boogie by: Louis Jordon

Aloha to all,
I am asking for help with the "Instrumental/Medly" portion of this song " Choo, Choo, Ch-Boogie. I have the chords and lyrics but would like to fill it in with the instrumental/ melody tabs after playing each chorus.

Can any of you fellow players help me out?

Is this as performed by Asleep At The Wheel ??

Either" Asleep at the Wheel" or "The Nights Owls'. Actually it really does not matter.
I have looked at the Music Notes Web site already, but I cannot read music. That is why I am looking for melody in Tablature form. Any key will do, I can a always transpose chords if needed.
