Looks like an Ovation to me. Nothing like a flea, except the fretboard.

Well the back is just like a Flea as well as the fingerboard..

Interestingly, these have recently been re launched by Flight ukuleles with different headstocks. I’m also told they rectified the issue with soft frets that were wearing. I have one coming for review in a few weeks time
