I haven't posted here in a while, but I still read here from time to time.
As of right now (01/21/16) Strings & Beyond has a really great deal on some ukes and strings with a 15% off coupon (15OFFUKE). I'm not sure how long this deal is valid.

FYI: Yes, the coupon works even with the OXK that was already on sale for a great deal.
Their service is exceptional. I'm not sure if they do any sort of setup on instruments though. I doubt it, but I could be wrong. I'd expect the Martin to be good out of the box, but I'm not sure about the Cordoba ukes. I don't have any experience with those.
