What is the value of 1970's Suzuki classical ?

Maybe $50-$100 in today's market for vintage classicals. Stalk eBay and Craigslist and look at comparables to your vintage. Most of the Japanese guitars of this vintage sell very low, depending on the maker. Yairi go way higher. I think a lot of this vintage are laminate and were originally inexpensive, and many could have neck bows or need a reset. You might want to put a new set of strings on it, if the neck is straight, and try playing it.

The neck is straight and yes it's new strings, still hold the tune pretty good!

Even though they don't bring much they can be fun players if the neck is solid and straight and the action is comfortable. Usually you can slide the saddle out and sand the bottom to make the action lower. Action is a compromise between playability and volume. Too low and you can get buzzes and lose volume.
