Original Ukulele Rock




New to the forums, a friend referred me to this site a while ago; I got no one in the area who rocks out like I (try to) do. Trying to find like minded people who aim to push for reverbs and other shenanigans with a uke.

I'm using an 8 string Oscar Schmidt with a dinky amp I picked up from a thrift shop. This is an Original Jam, I value any and all opinion.

This is really cool! I definitely fall in the camp that the uke can and should rock, but you are taking it to a whole other level! I'm amazed at the tone you are getting out of that 8-string. Rock on! :rock:
 


I might as well as keep this thread alive for just posting rock melodies I've been working now. Anyone else who has rock in their ukes should post here as well!!
 
I wanna rock!

My 30 second twisted sister tribute from a few weeks back.

Risa soprano stick with Aquila reds down tuned to e, A, D, G. This played through a custom setting on my Digitech RP360 edited in reaper.

 
40ish second tribute to Ace Frehley and Kiss same week.

Go easy on me I'm not that good and the strings were extra floppy.

Same soprano same tuning different custom setting on my RP360.
