Song Help Request Hot Hotline Bling cover

I found this cover of Hotline Bling that I find interesting, but I can't figure out what chords she is playing.. Could someone help me with these?

Her uke is tuned differently, but I'm just gonna write the fingerings for standard tuning because they sound the same tbh.

With a capo on the 3rd fret, the fingerings would be Dm7 (2213), Bbsus2 (3213), Fadd9 (0013), C11 (0413 or 0503).
But if you don't have a capo, it's all good. The chords are Fm7 (1013), C#sus2 (1314), G#add9 (3343), D#11 (0341).
