The kids now know we are moving but work for me has no clue yet. I think I will tell once I go on vacation for 2 weeks. Then give him 2 week notice.

Looked at moving trucks and a 26 fter is 533 for 1 way for a day. Or 250 for return same place. I might do that's.

My friend is paying that for a bedroom in an apartment for his kid to attend San Francisco State. Just the bedroom.

Generally if I cuss people really notice, because I just don't. I have always found it to be an effective tool in my communications toolbox. Used sparingly, it is sharp and cutting. Used too much and it becomes dull and ineffective.
There is probably nothing I hate more than moving.
What does "under contract" mean? That is a term that isn't used around here.
Ugh - not a bedroom with no windows, though.
Though that might lend some peace of mind when they start dating.

Okay. Around here it's usually just said the property is "sale pending" or "offer accepted" - different terms, same meaning.
