Yeah, I had to share for all my teacher friends.
We found a bunch on the boulders while we were wading in the Wailua River on the Garden Isle. Very cool.
Too close to the truth too but still funny.
Student lot vs teacher lot at my school is just sad.

Made it to the gate before my plane arrived. TSA not bad at all today.
Bypassed Starbucks, opted for coffee kiosk at gate.
$3.03 for a cup.
I gave her a ten and got $6.97 back.

They do that so employees don't rip them off. They found out a long time ago that even numbers lead to employees pocketing money. Requiring amounts that forced the employee to open the register and make change for the customer cut down on employee theft by something close to 70%
Learned that in a restaurant seminar I attended decades ago.
Learn something new every day. Turns the customer into the cop.
More to do with psychology from what I remember.
You're less tempted to steal when you have to make the change in front of the witness.

Excellent! I save all my change. It is part of my UWC fund. I'd way more rather get .97 than a dollar. I never give exact change for something, either.
You should empty your purse/wallet of all you dollar bills too. You won't miss a few bucks every day but if you save it, it adds up to a lot very quickly.
I had thousands saved in a drawer . . . until Mika found it.
