Holé Molé was super good! First time for me. Al Pastor was a bit dry, not as good as Normita's.
The machaca was excellent.
Just finished making the kimchi. By dinner time it will taste even better!
 
My back still hurts a little from the plane... I might try some of that herbal medicine I picked up yesterday. That and maybe some Bullet Rye I received as a gift, should be feeling no pain after that!

Stephen try saving that photo from Facebook as a file on your PC (or phone) and then upload that saved image as an attachment.
 
It's amazing to me how a great work team can go down the drain in just a single year of mismanagement.
 
I've spent the week identifying mess ups done by other people that seriously impact my projects. Oy veh.

I don't mind writing for the kids that worked hard. It bothers me when kids who just cruised or didn't do much ask me to write one. I always tell them to reflect on the work they did in my class and decide if they want me to write them one because it will reflect my experience with them in the classroom.
