That's still not enough sleep. Is this because of when you go to bed and wake up or insomnia or ???

So the first full day of spring g and we are getting 8 inches of snow!!! Whoo hoo!!!

sad enough, starting to feel like autumn finally down here in Oz.
here in Tassie today we only made it to 16c.
things are gonna turn Ken!
for the better for you and the worse for us...

It's all I got. I've always only slept 5 or 6 hours a night unless I'm not feeling well. Sometimes I'll crash and need to sleep all day on a Saturday, but not very often. Maybe 2 or 3 times a year.

ok so it's 5.46am here.
i have to get up for flower deliveries at 7.30.
why am i still up?
no good answer to give.
but i need coffee in a bucket.

me too Gary. always struggled with sleep.
i'm also type 1 diabetic and i need more than most folks i think.
but yeah, 5-6 hours is about it for me too mate -
the rest is reading, drinking water, peeing and listen to BBC radio
or poking my poor wife in the ribs etc :p

What's up Damon?

Have you seen Len around lately? I heard he got hit by a car while riding his bike. Broken femur and some internal injuries as well. He text me briefly last nigh to say hi but he didn't elaborate much.

That poor guy can't catch a break.

Oh wow! No I had not heard. I will see if I can find out how he is doing.

It was my wife with the insomnia last night. She woke me up for snuggles :D
Then since we were both awake, I made us a nice breakfast and still got to work early.
Probably gonna crash early tonight though!

Type 2 here. Or fat-ass diabetes is what my old doctor called it (he was my doctor for over 30 years and said that when he was already retired and I ran into him at a farmer's market)

It's weird. Even if I go to sleep earlier, I just wake up earlier after about six hours. Every once in a while I'll sleep an hour or two more but not often.

Right now I'm also getting used to a CPAP machine and dealing with an ailing heart. I talk about it here because I haven't told any co-workers or friends. Only my Principal and his secretary, my parents and sisters, and my wife know. The PoHos are my support group.
