Well, I messaged the provider and they said
Week 1: 5 drops, twice a day
Week 2: 10 drops, twice a day
Week 3: 15 drops, twice a day
Week 4 and maintenance: 20 drops, twice a day
If any headaches, back down to the previous dose.
It tastes weird.

We have many crowns but only one ruler.
When I was drafting there were no rulers, only scales.
In college I took a class, The Philosophy of Language. We studied a sentence, "The present king of France is bald." It was an untrue sentence: there is no present king of France. Yet the sentence conveyed meaning nonetheless.
Which brings me to the present day. We are replete with untrue sentences which are fraught with meaning.
