Not the same, wild rice is generally from the Michigan/Wisconsin area, brown rice is normal rice with the outer layer still on it ( I think).

Too much to learn. I get that I'm not supposed to have potatoes.

But, what about sweet potatoes? They're not white, right?
 
I gave up sugar! Leave my rice and potatoes alone!


And peanut butter . . . Don't mess with that, either.
