The video that made me discover the ukulele

This is the video that made stop and say "wooooow! Is this an ukulele?? I want one!!". The dignity and respect perceived toward the instrument significantly increased as well.

I am of course talking about "While my guitar gently weeps" by Jake Shimabukuro, the famous video also known as "crazy asian guy plays ukulele" or something like this :D

I was wondering how many other people got blown out by this video and maybe started to approach the instrument after this view.

That video did it for me, too.
 
I came to uke as a retirement project, but finding videos such as that made the uke cool, & hip - so I'm with it for the first time in my life! :cool:
 
Actually, the video that inspired me to get a uke was the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain doing the theme song from the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.
But Jake's' video didn't hurt any!
