replacement ukulele bags

In one school where I teach there are 30 Ashton or Mahalo soprano ukuleles that have survived at least 4 years of use but the bags that they came in are in tatters.

Does anybody know where can I buy a new set of bags?

10mm thick gig bags (I think this is minimum) for a soprano for $8.99 with free shipping is as cheap as you'll likely find. If you do, buy them.

Thanks, I've emailed Mahalo, but so far had no reply.

In my local music instrument shop those padded bags are all that's available. They wouldn't be affordable en masse.

So I guess the answer is that it is not possible to get replacement bags for those Ashton / Redwood or Mahalo bags. C'est la vie, thanks for your help all the same

Kala Ukulele has historically been very generous with schools. Perhaps if you explain your plight to them, Kala will send you, or sell at a discount, new soprano bags (they're likely to say "Makala" instead of "Mahalo," but that shouldn't matter). It's worth a try.
