Song Help Request "It's My Time" By: Latoya Lewis

Aloha fellow UU strummers......

I heard this song "It's My Time" sung by Latoya Lewis at the end of a movie called "Heist" staring Robert Dinero. The song was written by Phillp Lewis and Christopher Clarke.

It has a jazzy swing tempo that I think would sound good on a uke. I found a video of this song on Youtube but cannot find any song chord info.

If anyone has any info on this song and are willing to share it I would be grateful.
