Unfortunately, making it harder to trade with Mexico will not bring back manufacturing, it will simply send the work further offshore. You will be more likely to have that Asian Martin SO that you have always dreamed of.

About 40 years ago, it was definitely Japanese manufactures which made Martin's and Gibson's imitations. But now other countries may make it instead.
