When you are dealing with a "full" KoAloha (not "just" an Opio like mine), it reflects a major purchase of more than $1000 for any size ukulele--more for larger instruments then red and black label customs.

In short, the cost of shipping to and from on the buyer would be a bargain over the cost of decommissioning the instrument or buying another. So I would gladly pay for shipping in that case!

Another great KoAloha customer service story. Cudos to them for standing behind their products like no other!

I know one vendor that just moved to the top of my list. That's how you do business and a reputation like that is absolutely invaluable. Way to go Koaloha!
