Fantastic! That is one of my favourite Chopin pieces. 
It was interesting how she made it sound like a guitar piece, something a bit like Tarrega might have written, complete with glissandos! Personally, I don't think you can satisfactorily "impersonate" the piano on a guitar, so turning it into more of a guitar piece is the way to go.
