Roy Smeck Ukulele Medley (432 Hz)

Whoopee! My new Vita-Uke Arrived today. It was designed by Roy Smeck, "Wizard of the Strings" Today February 6 is Roy Smeck's 117th birthday. This Medley is my tribute to him.

Iam trying an experiment. This ukulele is tuned to 432 Hz.

A Vita Uke! Nice. I've always wanted one of those for the collection! Thanks for posting. I'm a big fan of Roy Smeck. I recently just got to travel to Vegas and met up with one Vincent Cortese, a student and friend of Roy's. It was such a pleasure to talk uke with him and get some insight on Roy and even play one of Roy's ukes which was used in the vita phone talking picture "His Pastimes."

Congratulations on your new uke, she sounds magnificent in 432! Thanks for reminding me, I’ve wanted to tune mine to 432 Hz but never got around to it. Can definitely feel the difference!
