Sending foodstuff to Hawaii

Tried searching the online resources and became even more confused. Can I send food stuff to Hawaii? IE: coconut jam, pineapple tarts, cashew nut cookies?

These have no resale value but are gifts from an individual to another.

Online resources say NO to Coconuts and Pineapples but YES to processed ( Jam) and homemade cookies ( tarts ). So is it a yes or no? I have Coconut Jam and Pineapple Tarts. No mention if this ruling is applicable for products coming from outside the USA.

pretty sure when they say no pineapples or coconuts this means the whole fruit...i see no problem with Jams and cookies.....
