Honolulu Hawaii (Koaloha Soprano)
Wahiawa Hawaii (Ko'alau Concert)
San Francisco CA (Blackbird Farallon)

1 from Swartz Creek Michigan, USA (plus one on order from there)
 
A Mya-Moe, made on the Washington/Oregon border. Wood from Oregon and... wherever the maple came from.
A Mike Pereira custom, made in California. Wood from Africa.
