My local Uke group is putting this on. I have the poster as a PDF but I can't get it to insert as an Image? It's also on my google drive?

You can't insert a PDF as an image, because a PDF is not an image. Take a screenshot of the PDF and save it as a JPEG. Or put it in Dropbox and share the link here.
