Hello!

Hello from Kentucky! I bought my nephew a ukulele for Christmas this year, then a thought occurred to me....why not me? So I bought myself a ukulele and coerced a friend to join me. We have taken a 6 week class and now we practice all the time. I am having trouble to find time for a shower because after working, I only want to practice with my ukulele. Haha! And I have already bought another one and I want to buy every brand of string ever made, to try out. In short, I am hooked. I love this site. I have so much to learn and this looks to be a great place to help me.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I have found a new love with the ukulele. I have always wanted to play an instrument but have never made the jump. I am so glad that the leap I made was with a ukulele. I am loving it and I am truly addicted! Thanks also to everyone who shares their knowledge. I have much to learn and this has been a great site for that.
