    Default Strings for Kala SSlng

I just purchased a new with tags Kala SSLNG (solid spruce top long neck soprano) for a friend's daughter off of Craigslist.
Nice little player with good volume, but strings (I'm sure they're Aguillas) sound a bit harsh to my ears. Has anyone found a better suited string set for this model?
    Thx for your advice,
    Tracie

I put Living Water flourocarbon low G strings on my KA-SLNG, (great little uke).

My son put on some Fremont blacklines on his. Not only looks great, but sounds great.

Try standard Martin 600 strings. Entry level fluorocarbon, inexpensive, and available many places. Will fit Sopranos and Concerts, thus a Soprano Long Neck as well.
    Playing ukulele since January 2016.
