Hi All,

Just stopping by to say hi. My wife and myself are learning to play the Ukulele together and having many hours of fun (many more of frustration at present).

On top of learning to play the Ukulele, I have almost finished building a bespoke Uke for my wife in the shape of a 'K' (her name is Karen) and plan to build a 'J' shaped one for myself.

Both you and your partner playing is great! Mine likes that I play, but so far she's not expressed an interest in learning to play herself. Maybe one day. :) Please show us photos of the two instruments -- sounds like a very romantic thing to do!

Hi John. Welcome to the UU. Its a great ride when your spouse enjoys the passion as well. I would like to see those ukuleles as well. Had you previous experience building instruments?
