I think I have this song figured out except for the bridge or coda (or whatever it's called) near the end. I can't seem to figure it out. I've included the two verses before it and highlighted the passage I can't figure out.

If the girl gets too [Am] clo....[B7]..se
If I [Em] need some [D] room to es[C]cape
When the moment [Am] aro....[B7]..se
I'd [Em] tell her it's [D] all a mis[A]take

But that's not how I [G] fe..[F#m]..el
No [Em] that's not the [G] woman I've [D] known
She's undeniably [G] re..[F#m]..al
So [Em] leave a tender [G] moment a[D]lone

But it's not only me
Breaking down when the tension gets high
Just when I'm in a serious mood
She is suddenly quiet and shy

Is there anyone out there who could sort out those 4 lines?

Did you try this? Might need to transpose from the key you're in:

It's kind of like trying to transpose from apples to oranges. I don't really like some of the chords provided in the link. They're close but some of the chords don't sound quite right to me. Putting that aside, even if I try to play the version in the link, I can't seem to get that section to work with the chords provided. I think some of them may be right but I'm pretty certain some are wrong/don't really work. I think I've listened to Billy Joel sing that section at least a dozen times now.
