Tenor ukulele with 21+ frets?

I will admit it. The main reason I signed up for this forum was to ask you guys whether you know of either

1) a store that sells 21+ fret tenors
or
2) a decent, cheap luthier.

I'm not interested in anything fancy. Right now I have a Kala mahogany KA-T Tenor that I am pretty satisfied with except that it only has 18 frets. I am having difficulty finding any by Googling around.

"Decent" , "cheap", and "luthier" do not exist as a single entity - pick any two, but you can't have all three.

Pono tenors also have 20. For luthiers, there's that guy on eBay from Vietnam, Bruce Wei - some people here have spoken favorably of his special order work, and he's reasonably inexpensive.
