FS/FT Larrivee Forum III Italian Spruce w/ Mahogany back& sides. EXC Condition.

I am the original owner of #53/78 Larrivee limited edition Forum III guitar in excellent condition with hard case and uninstalled pick guard. The guitar is fantastic but I am suffering with tendon issues and the ukulele doesn't hurt to play.
The price is $995. Will consider like value uke trades, or trade + cash for high quality ukulele.
