I wrote a book hoping to fill in the gaps for beginners - I think we've all come across some things in manuals that seem very obvious to the author, but simply aren't if you're reading it as first time new player. I've attempted to address all those questions beginners might have, rather than writing a complete how-to book. I've illustrated it too!
