I'm looking at a '58 Levin Parlor guitar in Vancouver,Canada. It has a rosewood fretboard. Would the new CITES regs. prohibit me from bringing it into the US?

I checked it out. Will need a permit to bring it in.

I think if you are shipping it yes, but I just got mine shipped to my hotel in the US and then carried it across to Canada, no problem/no questions at all.
