My wife impressing the grandkids by swimming across
lake Kärkjärvi. Based on Austrailian aboriginal song Carra Barra
I was meditating on the importance of getting a good nights sleep
and how it is essential for the body and mind to wake up refreshed
and renewed in the morning.
Sorrow can be alleviated by good sleep, a bath and a glass of wine. Thomas Aquinas.

Piccaninnies' heads are nodding, drowsy crooning fills the air,
