Here is my new Martin 2K Soprano Ukulele, it has beautiful front, back and sides flamed Koa wood, mahogany neck, grained ivoroid binding with black/white top inlay as well as ivoroid peg tuners, hand inlaid Black and White Wood fiber rosette (black-white-black-white-black), white side markers at 3, 5, 7, 10, 12 and 15. Mother of Pearl fingerboard position markers at 5, 7 (2 markers) & 10, ebony compensated saddle and ebony nut. Bridge Material is East Indian Rosewood. It has a satin finish. Martin strings M600.

It has a great sound, it is louder and brighter than the S1 and Style 1 100th anniversary, and has a great sustain!!! By far my favorite Martin!!!

Congrats on the purchase and it's a great looking uke! You've got my UAS kicking in telling me I need a Martin soprano, lol.

Congrats very nice looking wood, must sound sweet.

What is the tonal difference between this and a Kamaka?

Congrats. I've had the pleasure of owning both a vintage and a modern 2K. Lovely, lovely, instruments. Wish I had not sold the modern one. Enjoy!!
