The Canary Timple

THere are two things that intrigue me
1- What glue is he using?- Could it be casien glue?
and
2 What on earth was he doing to clamp his bridge down/ in place while the glue dried?

The bridge fixing is just so simple, i love it. Get a stick, wrap string around it and the neck to create downwards pressure, then loop around the end of the string to create a lip to stop the bridge slipping towards the tail. It can't slip the other way as the gap between stick and soundboard is less. Genius. I'd mess it up if i tried it.

I can see how that could still allow the bridge to slip backwards as you create the downward pressure while wrapping the string around the neck and stick. If you had a little lip already attached to the stick it could reduce the risk of slipping backwards. However, I'd also mess it up if I tried
