Hey there, my name is Denis and I'm very happy to be part of this forum.
I started playing ukulele about 5 years ago when my wife's friend asked if I could play an Eddie Vedder ukulele tune for her wedding ceremony. I've been playing guitar since the 80's so I thought it should be fairly easy to transmit my guitar experience to the uke. What I didn't know was how the ukulele would pull me in, entice me with its charm and warmth.
I currently own an Ohana TK-35G which spends more time in my son's room these days so I need another ukulele. Here I am playing one of my originals on the Ohana when I had a low G string on it.

I'm a Larrivee artist and recently had a custom guitar made but John Jr told me they aren't making any ukes right now. I was hoping they would make me an all mahogany tenor.
