What does a maker do when he runs out of ideas? Gets some help of course while he relaxes and thinks...

Early days yet but it looks like he needs some help with learning how to use size-appropriate sand-paper :)

I'm only serious when I think I need to be. Those earlier essays of last weeks were meant to provoke thought and offer the opportunity for others to share how they do things... My way is certainly not the way. Only last week a former student came to my workshop with a shape he had created from two old forms I let him have. It was superbly proportioned so I duly copied it and will credit him if I ever build to it. I am so thankful that there are so many inspiring people around. That allows me to have some fun. Kun will be heavily featured in future photo shoots :)
