Adding high D string to baritone ukulele

I’m going to add a high D string next to the low D string on my old baritone ukulele. Can anyone tell me what the string spacing should be? I have to add an extra hole to the tie block and a new nut with the 2 new D string slots.

You'll need to add another tuner too.

I forgot to list the extra tuner. I have 2 options, use a friction tuner, or reposition the G-string tuner and add a fifth tuner between the existing D & G string tuners. I’ll have to plug the old G string tuner hole. I prefer the second option even if it is more work. The added friction tuner always looks out of place on the examples I’ve seen.
